Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and guard your email accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
